Q. How long will our initial meeting take and what will it cost?
A. The initial meeting lasts approximately an hour or so and is at no cost to you.
Q. Can we visit your projects and see examples of your work?
A. Many of our homeowners will gladly share their experience with us and allow you to see their finished pool projects.
Q. We are ready to move forward. What is the next step?
A. CHATTAHOOCHEE POOLS, INC. will prepare a proposal and set up another consultation to finalize your design.
Q. How long does a new pool take to build?
A. After the permitting process has been completed, most pools can be completed in 90-120 days, weather permitting.
Q. How about a hardscape project?
A. When hardscape features are a part of your design, they usually are completed in conjunction with the pool, weather permitting.
Q. What about the warranty on the work?
A. CHATTAHOOCHEE POOLS, INC. will replace or repair damaged or broken parts for 1 year from the completion of the pool. This warranty does not cover deck cracking or the pool interior finish damaged by improper water chemistry or maintenance. All work will meet or exceed the minimum standards set forth by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance, dated 2019.
Q. How do we pay for the work?
A. Construction is payable in increments as work progresses, including any authorized additions to the project. Full payment is required for the warranty to be in effect.
Q. How do I discuss the work with someone during the progression of the project?
A. If you have any questions or concerns during the construction process, you will always have direct access to our project manager.
Q. How about insurance?
A. CHATTAHOOCHEE POOLS, INC., is fully insured and holds all necessary licensing requirements.
