The Process

When you contact Chattahoochee Pools, Inc., we shall inquire about the goals you have in mind for your custom pool and spa project. Discussion will continue regarding the feasibility of those goals in conjunction with your budget and your project setting. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and advice as you watch your thoughts and dreams for your backyard become a reality.

The Initial contact is followed by an on-site consultation where we shall meet with you in person and take a closer look at your project site. At this point, we shall discuss the vision that you have for your pool, spa, and outdoor living space project and offer suggestions based on your desires and budget. We welcome any questions and comments that you may have and outline the building process for you.

After the complimentary consultation, you will receive a written proposal detailing the scope of work and its projected costs. At this time, we recommend that another meeting be held to review the proposal and the scope of work to ensure that everything has been discussed and included in the proposal.

When the last details are agreed upon, a contract will be executed. AT this time a deposit will be due and finish selections can be finalized. The payment scheduled is based upon the progress that has been completed on the project, with remittances being received prior to the beginning of each subsequent construction phase.

After all permitting has been put place, pool construction can commence. During the construction process, open communication is encouraged with your project management. We shall keep you informed of each phase of construction and how and when you will be impacted during the process. Our goal is to minimize any imposition on you and your family. Upon completion of the project, a meeting will be set up with our service manager to go over all the pool operations and the other features of your pool. At this time, you will be given the opportunity to have your pool maintained by our team of professionals. You will be given all the information for that option at that time.
